C.H.J., Incorporated is a California corporation founded in 1964. Since our beginning, one ideal has been foremost;"Service To Our Clients". This focus has allowed C.H.J., Inc. to develop many longtime repeat customers and clients.
From our main office and laboratory in Colton to our high and low desert offices and laboratories in Victorville and Palm Desert, we are able to service projects throughout San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, and Orange Counties.
C.H.J., Incorporated currently employ a staff of approximately 70. Our professional staff includes Geotechnical Engineers, Civil Engineers, Engineering Geologists and Environmental Assessors.
Our professional staff possess registrations within their disciplines, and many of our technical personnel possess specialty certifications in materials testing, concrete and masonry inspection, and to perform inspection of welding, bolting and erection of structural steel buildings.

CHJ is a Certified Small Business, Small Business certification # 28796.
Our Laboratory is approved by the State of California, Division of the State Architect (DSA) and the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSPHD) to perform testing and inspection for public schools and hospitals.
Our laboratory is also approved by the City of Los Angeles, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
