He has had “hands on” experience in all aspects of the operations from the field to the laboratory to investigations and report preparation. Now, as President of CHJ, he oversees the daily operations of the Geotechnical group. Mr. Johnson is also in charge of forensic investigations and continually provides his expertise to the legal profession, generally involving the defense of fellow engineers.

Mr. Johnson is proud of the experience both he and CHJ have gained throughout his time with CHJ. He is especially proud of the fact that quite a few employees have been with him and the company for nearly as long as his career with CHJ.

CHJ has evolved to one of the Premier Engineering firms in Southern California due, in part, to the leadership of the current management team, of which he is a part. He has helped to ensure that “Service to our Clients” is not just a marketing phrase, but a true vision and goal of every fellow employee.
